The bidder will need to demonstrate the technical capability to manipulate and merge complex datasets as well as a suitable infrastructure to produce the daily range of documents required which includes Council Tax and Business Rates bills and Debt Recovery notices. The Authority has approx. 75,000 domestic properties, 5,000 commercial properties and 15,000 Housing Benefit recipients.
