East Staffordshire Borough Council requires land at Pennycroft Lane, Uttoxeter, Staffordshire to be remediated. The site is located approximately 500m to the north of Uttoxeter town centre. The National Grid Reference (NGR) for the approximate centre of the site is SK 091 340. The contract requires the whole site to be remediated to the standard adequate for a residential development, where a developer can then take ownership of the site which will only require the installation of gas protection measures and the provision of a clean capping layer.
