GBC GF Term Contract for Minor Civil Engineering Works

This contract includes for works on both maintenance (revenue) and capital schemes. The maximum value of any scheme (revenue or capital) is £49,999 under the council’s current standing orders. The revenue schemes are generally for the council to maintain their own property and include repair and surfacing works to car parks, roads and footpaths, works to open and piped watercourses, cycle lanes, council housing stock and council industrial facilities.
