This Framework replaces the Contracting Authority's current Gen 4-1, Gen 4-2 and Gen 4-3 Frameworks. These support the Universal Services Directorate Highways, Engineering and Transport team in procuring their civil engineering, highways and transportation infrastructure development related construction works.
