Germany Bulk Ground Fuels (GBGF)

The Defence Fuels Acquisition Programme (DFAP) business unit (known as the Department) within Defence Equipment & Support, has identified a possible requirement for the procurement and supply of DIESO MT fuels to British Forces in Germany. An overview of the requirement is as follows: • Procurement and Supply of DIESO MT to Mechanical Transport Fuel Installation (MTFIs). • Procurement and Supply of DIESO MT to exercise areas. • Department's Bulk Fuel Carrying Vehicles (BFCVs) to be filled at Supplier's depot. • Supplier's will be expected to comply with an Departmental exemption from VAT and Mineral Oil Tax.
