The new Framework is intended to cover the appointment of a Service Provider(s) to administer and manage scheme applications and manage and deliver installations of energy efficiency measures for Warmer Homes Phase 3. The Framework will also cover fast procurement of other homes retrofit programmes, enabling London to take advantage of future grant funding opportunities as well as helping to develop the able to pay market.
