Global Implementation and Support Services of Oracle Fusion's HRIS SaaS Solution

Save the Children is seeking proposals from suppliers able to evidence the necessary experience, skills and global capacity to deliver a high quality, value for money service to configure, test, implement and support Save the Children's global Oracle SaaS HRIS solution to Save the Children International and 20+ Save the Children member organisations around the world. Save the Children's HRIS solution comprises Oracle's HR Core, Recruitment and On-boarding modules, and potentially Learning and Performance Management. It is intended that the implementation and support framework agreements will be awarded for a period of three years with the option of four annual extensions thereafter.
