The Public Health Department of the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea is seeking a Contractor to deliver a Community Champions Project for the Golborne ward in the borough of Kensington & Chelsea. Bids are invited from community-based organisations with established social and peer networks; who have a good reputation and knowledge of the local area and experience of recruiting, supporting and managing volunteers.
