As part of a project funded by a Heritage Lottery Fund Resilient Heritage grant, the English Heritage Trust (EHT), on behalf of a consortium of interests, wish to commission a consultant to assist the partners in developing a governance structure and a business model options appraisal for Berwick Barracks.
