GP Patient Record Audit for NHS Castle Point and Rochford CCG

Castle Point and Rochford Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is looking for expressions of interest from provider organisations who might be interested in undertaking a Patient electronic record audit for selected residents of Castle Point and Rochford CCG. The purpose of the audit is to review clinical records for people with a long-term condition and, if required, facilitate a face-to-face health checks by appointment. The scope of the audit is for 1490 individual record reviews; • Phase one being a desktop review of the records; using a provided electronic audit tool.
