Greater Preston and Chorley & South Ribble CCGs Integrated MSK Services

Chorley and South Ribble and Greater Preston CCGs are commissioning a community integrated musculoskeletal (IMSK) and related conditions service for the local population. The IMSK service will ensure that people with MSK and related conditions have access to high quality, effective and timely advice, assessment, diagnosis and treatment appropriate to their condition. The model will be based on a single point of access structured around a smooth patient journey and seamless, evidence-based integrated care pathways.
