Portsmouth City Council is inviting requests for quotation from suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for this project. The scope of which will comprise of but may not be limited to the Consultant providing an interpretation of the groundwater level data attained by the Client, based on the information available, and to compile into a report of the findings, titled 'Groundwater Trends in Portsmouth'.
