The London Borough of Lewisham is seeking a contractor to carry out a streetscape improvement scheme in Grove Park (Baring road & Downham Way). The Council intends to develop a high quality Public Realm Streetscape to regenerate the local shopping parade, whilst targeting accidents, casualties and reduction of speeds to improve safety.
