The contracts will be in place for an initial 5 years, with two further options to extend for a year each, to a maximum of 7 years. The Parliamentary Estate is made up of 15 buildings in the heart of Westminster; the majority of which are listed and include the Palace of Westminster which is Grade 1 listed and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
