GSV1604 - Independent Assessor for HS2 Consultation

In accordance with the Standing Orders for Private Business in the House of Commons (SO224A) and the House of Lords (SO83A), the Examiners of Petitions for Private Bills of the House of Commons and the House of Lords ("the Examiners") wish to appoint a contractor ("the Contractor") with whom the Corporate Officers of both Houses ("the Authority") would enter into a contract for the Contractor to act as an Independent Assessor. The Government will reimburse the Authority for costs incurred and charged by the Independent Assessor for goods and services provided under the Contract.
