The Parliamentary audio archive provides a unique record of the proceedings of both Houses of Parliament and a contractor is required to store and manage the audio collection, in a secure, climate-controlled facility. The ITT documents will be accessible at the Houses of Parliament's e-procurement portal: http://in-tendhost.co.uk/parliamentuk. Tender submissions must be uploaded to the e-procurement portal; electronic responses submitted via e-mail are not acceptable.
