H1739: Contract for Lift Servicing, Maintenance and Repair

Scope of works for lift servicing & repair contract: Initial condition survey. Annual condition survey in conjunction with a servicing visit Servicing of passenger and other lift equipment to the whole of the equipment as detailed elsewhere. Call-out repairs and maintenance (in hours and out of hours) of passenger and other lift equipment in accordance with response times stated elsewhere. Replacement of parts at no additional cost unless parts are specifically stated as excluded.
