The Authority is looking for Hard FM Services to replace the current service contracts held by NCHC. The Contractor will provide the following services as part of the resultant contract: CAFM & Helpdesk. Framework value is calculated as follows: Current NCHC annual Hard FM spend (including planned and reactive maintenance) = £1,689,000 p/a. The Contractor awarded to the framework will be responsible for procuring sub-contractor services through the Trust DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System), but sub-contractors will be directly contracted to the Trust, and managed by the contractor.
