Hard FM Servicing and Maintenance Contract to the Corporate Property Portfolio

The council is wishing to procure maintenance, repairs & breakdown attendance including day to day maintenance and emergency repair in a variety of buildings including a requirement for an out of hours emergency service, planned preventive maintenance (including servicing, testing and inspections) in a variety of buildings, the undertaking of minor improvement works to buildings and structures within the Corporate Property Portfolio.
