Harlow Council is seeking to appoint a Service Provider to install information technology across the Harlow Science Park. The Council is seeking a long term arrangement on a profit sharing basis. The commission is for the delivery of a full network and service management regime to be delivered to tenants on behalf of Harlow Council.
