The consultant will strengthen leadership capacity across the Statutory SEND Team and Neurodivergent Team, ensuring the effective delivery of statutory SEND responsibilities, implementation of the Council's Autism Strategy, and continuous improvement in outcomes for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
