Hastings Borough Council are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified organisation to design and deliver a programme of creative engagement with our community in Hastings. The results of which will help to develop and shape the Town Deal Investment Plan. The primary task is to develop and deliver a comprehensive consultation and engagement programme with our residents (including those living in our most deprived neighbourhoods), business and key stakeholders to help shape and influence the Town Fund Investment Plan and the Town Deal.
