Hayling Island Seafron Masterplan; Appointment of an Architect

Havant Borough Council requires the services of an architectural practice with appropriate professional support from property and technical consultants. Quotations are required on a fixed fee basis for the Creek Road Regeneration Project - the first delivery phase of the Hayling Seafront Masterplan. The Council are keen to sustain Hayling Seafront as a destination for all as part of the Prosperity Havant agenda. Projects will benefit existing residents and tempt visitors to stay longer and spend more.
