HCA Is seeking to appoint a contractor for the safe demolition, including: removal of asbestos, removal of existing structures and hardstandings, removal of ground slabs and foundations, removal of services ducts, recording of structures remaining in the ground, processing of arisings to generate aggregate, disconnection of any remaining live services. The works will be split into three phases of works as set out in the Works Specification.
