HCC 04/16 - The Provision of Weston Hills Tunnel (Baldock) Maintenance Contract

The Employer wishes to appoint a Contractor to carry out inspection and maintenance services in relation to mechanical and electrical equipment at the A505 Weston Hills Tunnel, Baldock. The Contract may also include the carrying out of refurbishment or upgrade work to the existing systems, but any such work is at the Employer's discretion and not guaranteed. The Employer wishes to appoint a Contractor under the NEC3 Term Service Contract (as amended) for an initial period of 3 years, extendable to a maximum of 8 years by way of annual or two year extensions.
