HCC 0915 - Pre-Procurement Market Engagement for Hertfordshire Transport Vision: Option Development Prioritisation and Ranking

As a consequence of some fundamental changes to the national and local context, the Council has embarked upon a review of its adopted third Local Transport Plan (LTP3) and the transportation issues and challenges that are likely to face the county in the future. A fundamental aspect of this review is the development of a new transport vision for Hertfordshire to 2050.
