Hertfordshire Catering Limited (hereinafter referred to as HCL or the Company) is a limited company, limited by shares and wholly owned by Hertfordshire County Council (hereinafter referred to as the Council). HCL presently deliver a catering service in circa 400 primary schools and 40 secondary schools along with other commercial units. As part of its catering service, the Company offer to its customers a repairs and maintenance service for the kitchen equipment in schools.
