The Term Machine Surfacing Contract is required to enable the Client to be able to carry out annual programmes of machine surfacing works throughout the county, as part of on gong maintenance works, safety repairs and improvement works and ensure that the works will be carried out in a safe manner in accordance with the industry requirements.
