In order to support the work being taken forward as part of the national Paramedics Evidence Based Education Project and the requirements of the Urgent and Emergency Care Review, Health Education England has identified funding to support the development of the advanced paramedic workforce. Criteria have been developed against which employers can bid for a portion of the fund. The process will be a competitive one managed by Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust using the In-Tend e-tendering system.
