Lot 2 - Heating Installations contract - approximately 78 full gas heating installations and 55 boiler upgrades per annum. Lot 3 - both of the above. The Council has 3015 properties that have mainly gas fired heating systems, with smaller numbers of solid fuel, oil, biomass, ground source, air source, and electrical storage heating systems.
