South Tyneside Council require a CEEQUAL assessor who is accredited to Version 6 to guide South Tyneside Council through the process, ensuring compliance to a 'very good' rating as a minimum and providing regular guidance on a bi-monthly basis (every other month) to the client, contractor(s) and designer(s).
