To provide all NE employees with unrestricted corporate access to records within BSBI's database. To make a proportion of BSBI records for England openly available at capture resolution via the NBN Atlas (nominally 25% of BSBI vice-counties as a first step = 14 of 57 vice-counties). This represents a significant first step towards making all BSBI data available by 2020 in line with the NE open data position statement.
