Herefordshire Integrated Community-based Sexual Health Services

Herefordshire Council is seeking tenders for the delivery of an integrated community-based sexual health system that incorporates prevention, three levels of sexual health and contraception services and laboratory testing. The focus of service delivery will be prevention and self-management in order to create positive health outcomes for all people who live, work and visit Herefordshire. By the end of Year 2, the successful bidder will achieve a cultural shift towards people confidently accessing equitable community-based services across Herefordshire.
