Bidders are asked to provide costings for the supply of 22 meters and consumables together with any associated service maintenance support required and a functional Data management system (DMS) to enable connect to the Trust's Electronic Patient Record System (EPR) currently Lorenzo, on a fixed "cost per strip" basis for the full contract period. Server and software costs must be included. 30,000 ketone tests are currently performed in HEY annually.
