HIOW Consultancy to develop a Technical Specification for Digital Interoperability - AWARD

The deliverable of this work is the production of a HIOW system wide Technology Strategy which serves as a core pillar of the Digital Transformation Programme of the STP. Our Information Sharing Approach describes at a high level how the HIOW system will deliver elements of the digital 'offer' in response to needs emerging from the STP.
