Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Authority has awarded a contract for the provision of HMICFRS Consultancy. The consultancy support is required in relation to our 'People Improvement Plan' and the cause of concern on prevention activity, specifically Home Fire Safety Visits, in the 2025 HMICFRS report. It is estimated that 2-4 days per week (on average) between October and December 2025 will be required from the consultant. A further 20 days consultancy may be required between January and March 2026.
