HNDU: Stakeholder Engagement Guidance & Resource

The Heat Network Delivery Unit (HNDU), part of BEIS, is seeking contractor/s to produce written Guidance on effective Stakeholder Engagement (SE) to support successful Heat Network (HN) project development. This is also to be supplemented by the provision of a dedicated specialist Resource that can be deployed to assist LAs (and other HN developers) as & when requested by the HNDU. The scope of stakeholder management and communication Guidance must support the development of heat network business cases (i.e. HMT Green Book); but also cover all relevant aspects of heat networks (e.g. through operation).
