Home Group Ltd (HGL) is procuring 3 Contracts for lift servicing, repairs and maintenance. There is single contract in each of the following regions; • North • South • Scotland Across each Contract the scope of works includes for monthly servicing of all HGL's passenger lifts and bi-annual servicing of platforms and stair lifts. HGL is procuring a comprehensive contract therefore inclusive in the service is all routine maintenance to the lifts including a breakdown / emergency call out service covering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
