Rutland County Council requires the services of appropriately licensed Bus and Coach operators, and Hackney Carriage or Private Hire operators, to provide Home to School and Home to College transport on a number of bus / coach routes and taxi routes. The number of routes and the routes themselves are determined by the needs of students in the 2015-16 cohort, and the tender documents show the routes available at the date of this Notice. At the time of preparing this Notice, there are six (6) bus / coach routes and eleven (11) taxi routes available, as well as a price per mile option on each for any route which arises after the submission of this Notice.
