Homecare is a key care at-home support service which assists people 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to continue to live independently in their own home for as long as possible. It must maximise Service User independence, offer choice and control over how they receive support to meet their needs and outcomes. Service users with assessed eligible needs that will require the Services include older people, adults with mental ill health, adults with a learning disability, adults with a sensory impairment, adults with long term conditions, adults with a physical disability and other specific needs.
