Providers who meet the Council's minimum requirements will be appointed and may be offered care packages throughout the County. Providers will be paid at the Council's specified hourly rate. Providers who are currently appointed to Rutland's existing Homecare Framework contract should NOT apply for the new Framework. Both Frameworks will operate side by side, having the same terms and conditions and expiry date of 31st March 2022 (or if extended, 31st Mar 2023).
