Homes England requires a Contractor to undertake the construction of the Primary Works associated with a development site known as Basford East located within Cheshire East Council. The Works details are elaborated and fully itemised in Section 4: Scope of Works and in the separate Section D: Works Information. A summary of the infrastructure works includes: - 1.
