This contract is envisaged to have initial term of 2 years with provision for a further 1 year (3 years maximum total duration) extension under the same Terms and Conditions of this contract. Any contract extensions will be based on tendered Rates and Prices. The anticipated commencement date for the Service is 8th April 2022.
