Housing Management Framework

The Isle of Wight council ("the Authority") is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers ("Potential Supplier") to enter into a Framework Agreement for the provision of Housing Management Services on the Isle of Wight. The services required will consist of housing management and maintenance services, including tenancy, rent collection, arrears management, and maintenance for both day to day, voids and planned works which need to be carried out during the contract period.
