Currently there are separate sets of systems that makeup the Housing Management System (HMS). Plus Dane Housing are looking for a commercial off the shelf solution (COTS) and not a bespoke computer system. The system must be in existence (rather than in development) and successfully installed and fully operational in at least 2 other Local Authorities, Housing Associations or similar public sector organisations of a similar size.
