The homelessness module went live in April 18 but the remaining modules were not delivered by the agreed "Go Live" In March 2018 after a number of contractual breaches and a failure to deliver the full solution the Council agreed with the bidder to vary the contract and release the parties from the remaining contractual commitments. …
