The Framework is split in to two lots: Lot 1 - High Needs Lot 2 - Moderate Needs Tenderers can choose to submit a bid for one or both lots. The Framework will be awarded to a maximum of eight (8) Tenderers for Lot 1, and a maximum of eight (8) Tenderers for Lot 2.
