The aim of this contract is to provide a management and maintenance service for properties on five new build developments that have been undertaken by the Council since 2011. This covers 174 existing properties with a possible further 139 to follow during the contract term. The chosen supplier, acting as the Council's management agent, will be responsible for the letting of properties, collection of rents, ensuring that repairs required are carried out and the re letting of properties as required.
