We are inviting proposals through an Open tender procedure compliant under Section 7 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, to secure a five year contract for this service. In addition to the operation of the Leisure centres, there will be a requirement for the operator to lead on capital works projects at the various sites and some grounds maintenance responsibilities at extended recreational sites.
