HR IT System

Halton Housing Trust sought a single service provider to provide a HR IT system. The successful bidder awarded the contract was Cascade Human Resources Limited. Cascade Human Resources Limited is classified as a SME (micro, small and medium-sized enterprises) (as defined by the European Commission). Cascade Human Resources Limited is not classified as a VCSE (Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise). The contract period is envisaged to be 5 years. However, the contract has been tendered on a rolling basis and may be shorter or longer. For the purpose of this contract award notice, the contract value and contract end date is based on a 5 year length.
